HabitLand ("we", "our", or "the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

HabitLand stores all your data locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.

The data stored on your device includes:

• Habit names, schedules, and completion records
• Sleep logs and quality ratings
• User profile information (name, avatar)
• Achievement progress
• App preferences and settings

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect analytics or usage data
• We do not use advertising trackers
• We do not share any data with third parties
• We do not use cookies or web tracking
• We do not collect location data

In-App Purchases

HabitLand Pro subscriptions and purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, they are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data is sent to external servers.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all app data by uninstalling HabitLand or using the "Delete Account" option in Settings. No data remains on any server after deletion.

Children's Privacy

HabitLand does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The app is suitable for all ages as it stores data only on the user's device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the app and on this page with an updated date.
