App: TrainHard · Last updated: 3 August 2026
TrainHard is a fully offline workout-tracking app. This policy explains what little data is involved and how it is handled. In short: your training data never leaves your device, and the only data processed off-device is what Apple and our subscription provider need to run in-app purchases.
All of your workout content — exercises, sets, reps, weights, sessions, personal records, routines, and settings — is stored locally on your device. It is never uploaded to us or to any server. We operate no accounts, no cloud, and no backend. If you delete the app, this data is removed with it.
Optional PRO features are sold as in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Apple — we never see or receive your payment card details. To manage your entitlement (unlocking PRO, restoring purchases across your devices) we use RevenueCat. For this purpose RevenueCat processes purchase-related data such as an anonymous app-user identifier, transaction and receipt information, country, device and OS identifiers, and your purchase history. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy and Apple's Privacy Policy.
TrainHard contains no third-party analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no cross-app tracking. We do not sell or share your personal data. The only third parties involved are Apple and RevenueCat, solely to make purchases work.
TrainHard is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because your training data lives on your device, you control it directly — edit or delete entries in the app, or remove the app to erase all of it. For purchase data held by Apple or RevenueCat, you can manage your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, and you may contact us using the details below with any privacy request.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
